A Manifest Creative Director

You lead the agency’s culture of channel-agnostic creativity - devising, developing and delivering thought-provoking, inspiring and rebellious strategies that challenge the norm and result in campaigns that change the world.

Where does this role sit within the agency?

The Creative Director heads up the Creative element of the business, bridging the gap between Insights/Strategy and Creative Production. You will oversee work throughout the entire creative process, being informed and consulted on the Insights and Strategy phase, before being a lead player in turning that strategy into creative ideas that drive change. Once an idea has been signed off, you’ll work alongside, input and provide sign off for the creative production team to ensure the campaign comes to life with creative integrity and a high quality expected across all Manifest work.

You will also work with client service and project management teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and will produce the best work in the appropriate time, as well as pre-empting and informing the client service team if they need to manage the client to adjust deadlines
