Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our UK team.
You will play a key role in the planning and execution of unified client campaigns, bringing your excitement and experience in social media to the table. You will also play a consultative role with clients, guiding them to achieve their social media objectives.

- A creative thinker able to concept and plan clear and impactful social media content; understanding the formats, copywriting, and posting approach needed to make our posts perform strongly.
- Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities, with a strong passion for community engagement, building connection to brand followers, and making an impact through social.
- Agency experience or proven experience in managing multiple social accounts is essential.
- Experience in reporting, data and analytics, with the ability to set and judge KPIs and overall social performance.
- Experience working within influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and brand partnerships.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work with client teams as well as work cross-functionally with other Manifest departments, including strategy, design, PR and experiential teams.
- Whilst this is predominantly an organic social media role, skills or knowledge of paid social would be beneficial.
- A positive and passionate problem solver who is excited to work in an agile and creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the implementation of both always-on and campaign social activity across some of Manifest’s exciting social media accounts.
- Develop and execute creative social content . Content creation experience / skills would also beneficial in bringing your planning to life alongside our team of designers, video editors, and strategists.
- Take charge of community management and all day-to-day management of client social accounts.
- Set and analyse performance metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations to optimise and use these insights to plan future content.
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends, platform developments, and tactics / best practices, and where relevant incorporating them into your work and our wider planning and execution across all clients.
- Assist in research tasks across social media, influencer marketing, and wider digital (where relevant).
