The Content Creator sits at the heart of Manifest’s creative team, collaborating with strategists, creatives and account leads to bring brand worlds to life across social platforms. Hands-on in concepting, shooting and editing, playing a key role in shaping ideas that connect with real people. Working as part of a connected team, they help turn culture and insight into content that delivers meaningful results
Key Responsibilities
- Create standout social content - Concept, shoot and edit short-form video and stills across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms, crafting work that earns attention and drives measurable growth.
- Turn insight into ideas - Translate cultural trends, audience behaviour and brand strategy into creative concepts that feel native to each platform.
- Plan, publish and analyse - As part of a team, and using our tools, you will help build content calendars, schedule posts and optimise output in line with campaign goals and channel objectives. Together we’ll track performance and use data to adapt and evolve.
- Collaborate across teams - Partner with strategists, creatives and account leads to ensure every post ladders up to broader brand and comms goals.
- Champion culture and community - Stay ahead of trends, nurture inclusive online communities and help brands show up authentically in social spaces
