Overview
We are looking for an experienced and intuitive Senior Strategist/Strategy Director to join our UK team. You’ll be responsible for delivering impactful insights-led brand and unified communications strategies that underpins bold, beautiful and brilliant creative that has a positive impact on audiences.
Who you are:
- You are a senior-level strategist with 5-8 years of experience in an ad agency or a similar creative environment
- You have extensive experience delivering brand and campaign strategies for a diverse range of businesses
- You understand the entire marketing channel mix and how to amplify and unify work across multiple channels and outputs
- You champion robust strategic underpinning of creative work
- You are a strategic consultant to clients and team alike - actively listening and asking the right questions
- You can guide market research analysis, working closely with Intelligence teams to ensure insights work can underpin and inspire strategic direction
- You enjoy collaborating with creatives to developing strategic ideas
- You are a confident presenter
- You understand and appreciate the creative-driven agency culture
What you’ll do
- Build comprehensive brand frameworks and playbooks as part of our branding services, including Brand Compasses Brand Mission, Vision, Purpose and Values; Key Pillars; Brand Architecture, Tone of Voice, Brand Personality
- Develop unified strategic proposition (USPs) for brands that underpin strategic creative output
- Develop and implement unified channel plans
- Guide Intelligence teams and market research analysis to ensure all strategies are underpinned by audience, brand and cultural insights
- Work in partnership with creative teams to develop strategic creative ideas and outputs
