Who you are:
- You are a senior level Copywriter with 6-8 years of creative agency experience and a good grasp of PR/Earned Media
- You are an ideas-driven creative who can write emotive copy and persuasive idea articulations that inspire creative teams and clients alike
- You are a digital native who is well-versed in social and have the know-how to leverage the platforms for engagement and amplification
- You are a confident presenter, and feel comfortable standing up for your work / defending bold ideas to clients
- You understand the creative-driven agency culture
- You appreciate the importance of true teamwork and collaboration and are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the work
What you’ll do:
- Conceive, articulate and help produce impactful 360 campaigns that deliver earned press coverage
- Work alongside Insights and Strategy teams to deliver top-calibre ideas for new creative briefs
- Be involved in conceptual campaign development alongside our creative teams
- Play an active role in brainstorming sessions for new business briefs and briefs from existing clients
- Be involved in client meetings to present new ideas with the support of the core team
- Brief in and feedback on creative work where appropriate for current clients and new business assets
- Work alongside creative production teams to support the execution of campaigns, ensuring that creative integrity and high quality remains
- Work alongside Creatives in other offices to offer creative support when needed
- Coach junior team members on how to conceive and articulate impactful creative ideas that trigger audience participation and shift culture
Salary and benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
- Unlimited PTO
