What you’ll do:
- Contribute to client objectives through consumer and business-to-business integrated campaigns, supporting the senior team on account management of clients, managing our team members, contributing to pitching and winning new business.
- Manage and approve administrative aspects of the account, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and accountable for quality of service
- Responsible for implementing rigorous account processes and meeting all Client deadlines
- Have a positive, proactive relationship with the Client and Manifest team, acting as the primary point of contact for all non-strategic campaign issues
- Responsible for Client presentations covering the success of campaigns and ongoing activity
- Manage all media, competitor and consumer information from AEs and share insights with the Client and/or Manifest senior management
- Regularly monitors and analyses competitive campaigns & product activity
- Has up-to-date knowledge of media contacts relevant to Clients and the media landscape in general
- Suggests ideas to the Client on a regular basis, following discussion with Manifest senior management
