A Manifest Finance Assistant

As a Finance Assistant at Manifest, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our finance operations clear, accurate, and on track.  From processing invoices to managing multi-currency transactions, your work will help ensure that we operate smoothly - so our teams can focus on building brands that change the world.

As part of the finance team, you’ll support performance by ensuring day-to-day financial operations are handled reliably and transparently, helping us stay agile and accountable - ensuring smooth financial operations that allow our creativity and impact to thrive.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process and validate purchase invoices against purchase orders and service agreements
• Issue accurate sales invoices based on services and locations
• Disburse funds and support weekly supplier payment runs
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor vendor statements
• Support ledger maintenance
• Control credit, chase outstanding payments, and communicate with clients and vendors

Expense & Financial Tracking

• Track and manage project and job-related expenses
• Maintain accurate expense reports using tools such as Spendesk
• Enter, code, and check financial transactions
• Keep financial records up-to-date across systems like Xero, Harvest, and Fathom

Reconciliation & Tracking

• Reconcile invoices, credit cards, and bank records
• Manage multi-currency bank accounts and invoice financing
