A Manifest Agency Operations Manager

As our Agency Operations Manager,  you'll be the orchestrator behind the scenes ensuring our creative work happens seamlessly. Based in our Farringdon studio three days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday),  you'll be the vital connector linking our teams, managing resources, and keeping our workflow running smoothly.

Where does this role sit within the agency?

You'll work directly with the Managing Director, collaborating closely with Client Services, Insight, Strategy, and Creative teams. You'll have a unique perspective across the entire agency, understanding how all elements interconnect and ensuring they function harmoniously. This position bridges people and projects, giving you the opportunity to influence both our daily operations and long-term success.

While starting as a part-time role (3 days/week), there's potential for this position to evolve into a full-time opportunity as you become an integral part of our team.
