Overview
You are someone who understands unified communications and traditional PR and are looking for an opportunity to manage world-class clients and account teams. Your job is to establish, manage and evolve effective relationships with our clients while leading on execution/production and bringing the best out of our team to drive our work forward.
What you'll do:
- Manage complex unified campaigns and up to 5 team members across different disciplines (insights, strategy, creative, PR, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact for 3-4 clients and able to confidently consult, manage and propose solutions for day-to-day account and campaign work
- Lead on press material development (press releases, newsplans, pitches, op-eds, etc) and earned media strategy and execution
- Advise junior team members, reviewing administrative work, campaign/press materials, lists & reports, and providing clear and useful feedback accordingly
- Ensure the team follows required approval and quality control processes, acting as an enabler for the whole team to treat colleagues as clients
- Build and manage account/campaign budgets, often in collaboration with Account Director
- Work with Account Directors and wider team to plan account/campaign resource around required deliverables and account/campaign milestones
- Take an active role in the new business process, participating in deck development and pitch meetings
- Establish an understanding of and passion for client industries, and use that insight to motivate, brief and manage teams, while simultaneously applying it to the work you produce
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working at a PR/Communications agency
- Experience overseeing/managing teams of people
- Proven experience in earned media, securing coverage for clients and building relationships with relevant reporters and editors
- Exceptional writer with experience drafting press releases, media strategies, op-eds, and digital content
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $80,000-$100,000
- Unlimited PTO
