Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Director for our Stockholm Studio!
You will play a key role and be the heartbeat of the company, bridging the gap between senior management and the day-to-day account team. It is your job to keep your finger on the pulse of both client service, team performance and creative output, whilst contributing to the overall running of the business and getting stuck into winning new clients that help us cultivate our Manifest values.
Your job is to maintain trust and confidence with clients and within the Manifest team, overseeing the execution of both day-to-day relationships and campaign production and execution, while helping reach key business objectives.
Who you are/What you’ll do:
- You’re a strategic thinker who has great experience of developing, planning and implementing impactful unified campaigns that align with our clients’ business objectives
- Demonstrate exceptional writing skills for proposals, blogs, pitches, features etc. and has the capacity to pass these on to team members through mentoring
- Ensure campaigns are run with the key Manifest characteristics: Bold, Beautiful, Brilliant
- Ensure that teams kick the shit out of the opportunity to be remarkable every day, and see this as a core goal for their work
- You are naturally inquisitive about the latest PR, social media and content marketing tools, techniques and innovations and how we can implement them to the benefit of our
- You’ll be an evangelist for reporting, analysis and evaluation of our unified or channel specific campaigns with an ability to communicate their importance to junior team members
- Demonstrate a passion for exceeding clients’ expectations, ability to spot trends, ownership mindset and ambition
- You’ll combine creativity with knowledge of the comms ecosystem, overseeing the elemental process from Insights, Strategy and Creative development to production and execution. Makes sure that a campaign plan is developed and timings adhered to.
- You will lead on client management, results generation and organic growth of accounts
- You have the ability to forge and develop strong relationships at all levels within client organisations from MD level to marketing executive level
- You will provide consultancy to clients – establishing a position of respect and influence with clients to push through bold campaign ideas and keep plans on track
- You are entrepreneurial to the core, with a desire to seek out new opportunities to expand Manifest’s range of products and services as well as new revenue streams from existing clients
- You will be key in driving forward the new business process and participating in business development as part of the senior team
- You will lead by example, attending industry networking events and coaching others to do so effectively
